Yui Sakuma

Yui Sakuma (born March 10, 1995) is a Japanese actress and model. Born in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, she has established a career in both television dramas and feature films.

Career

Sakuma began her career in the entertainment industry, gaining recognition for her roles in various television series. She is perhaps best known for her portrayal of Tokiko Sukegawa in the NHK morning drama Hiyokko (2017) and its sequel Hiyokko 2 (2019). Her television credits also include roles in Dearest (2021), She Was Pretty (2021), and Ranman (2023).

In addition to her television work, Sakuma has appeared in several films, including The Werewolf Game: The Beast Side (2014), I Was A Secret Bitch (2019), You Are Forever Younger Than Them (2021), and Call Me Chihiro (2023).
