Your Honor (2018 South Korean TV series)

Your Honor (Korean: 친애하는 판사님께; RR: Chinaehaneun Pansanimgge) is a South Korean legal drama series that aired on SBS from July 25 to September 20, 2018. The series consists of 32 episodes, broadcast on Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Plot

The story follows twin brothers Han Soo-ho and Han Kang-ho, who lead vastly different lives. While Han Soo-ho is a principled judge, his brother Han Kang-ho has a history of five criminal arrests. When Han Soo-ho mysteriously disappears, Han Kang-ho secretly assumes his brother's identity and takes over his position as a judge. Despite his criminal background, Kang-ho begins to earn respect in his new role.

Production

The series was directed by Boo Sung-chul and written by Chun Sung-il. The first script reading was held in June 2018 at the SBS Ilsan Production Center in Tanhyun, South Korea. The series occupied the Wednesday and Thursday 22:00 time slot on SBS, following The Undateables and preceding Heart Surgeons.

During its broadcast, the schedule for episodes 19 and 20 was adjusted. Originally slated for August 23, 2018, the broadcast was delayed to August 29, 2018, due to the coverage of the 18th Asian Games.
