Plot Synopsis

The story follows Do Yong-Sik (played by Yoon Si-Yoon), a 31-year-old man facing significant personal and professional challenges. Having spent years preparing for the civil service examination, he finds himself at a low point in his life, struggling with both his physical health and a personal medical issue. In an attempt to address his condition, he visits a urology clinic, where he unexpectedly encounters his first love, Lee Ru-Da (played by Hani), who is now a practicing urologist.

Lee Ru-Da is a successful doctor from a wealthy background. She is currently in a relationship with Do Ji-Hyeok (Park Ki-Woong), a psychiatrist who runs his own counseling clinic. Their relationship is strained by Do Ji-Hyeok's conceit, leading Lee Ru-Da to use her past connection with Do Yong-Sik as a way to challenge her boyfriend's overconfidence. The narrative unfolds as the paths of these characters cross, forcing them to confront their pasts and redefine their futures.
