Yeouido (2010 Film)
Yeouido (Korean: 여의도) is a 2010 South Korean drama film directed by Song Jung-Woo. The film explores themes of economic pressure, workplace conflict, and psychological desperation within the competitive environment of Seoul's financial district.

Plot
Hwang Woo-Jin is a section chief at a stock trading firm located in the Yeouido district of Seoul. Despite his dedication to his work, he faces imminent layoff. His personal life is equally strained by significant private debt, his father's medical expenses, and ongoing marital discord. The situation reaches a breaking point when he discovers that his colleagues are conspiring to ensure his termination.
In a moment of intense frustration, Woo-Jin confides in his friend, Jung-Hoon, expressing a desire to eliminate those responsible for his professional downfall. Shortly thereafter, a junior colleague is found dead. Following the death, Woo-Jin's professional standing unexpectedly improves, but he soon finds himself a prime suspect in the investigation, leading him to question the true nature of his friend Jung-Hoon.
