Would You Marry Me

Would You Marry Me (Korean: 우주메리미) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on SBS from October 10 to November 15, 2025. The series consists of 12 episodes and was broadcast in the Friday and Saturday 21:50–23:10 time slot.

Plot

The story follows Kim Woo-Joo (Choi Woo-Sik), the only son of a family operating the historic 80-year-old bakery, Myungsoondang. Kim Woo-Joo serves as the bakery's marketing team leader and is characterized by his rational and somewhat narcissistic personality. His life intersects with Yoo Me-Ri (Jung So-Min), a subcontractor designer who is navigating significant personal challenges, including a broken engagement caused by her partner's infidelity and a fraudulent real estate lease.

After winning a special prize for newlyweds that includes a high-end townhouse, Yoo Me-Ri finds herself in a predicament due to her canceled engagement. She proposes a 90-day fake marriage to Kim Woo-Joo, who happens to share the same name as her former fiancé, leading to a temporary domestic arrangement.

Production

The series was directed by Kwon Da-Som with a screenplay written by Lee Ha-Na. It occupied the SBS Friday & Saturday time slot following the conclusion of Queen Mantis and was succeeded by Taxi Driver 3 on November 21, 2025.
