Working Mom Parenting Daddy (Korean: 워킹 맘 육아 대디) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on MBC from May 9 to November 11, 2016. The series consists of 120 episodes and was broadcast in the weekday 20:55–21:30 time slot.

Plot
The story focuses on the struggles of balancing professional responsibilities with child-rearing. Kim Jae-Min (Park Gun-Hyung) is a supportive husband to his wife, Lee Mi-So (Hong Eun-Hee). When Mi-So becomes pregnant with their second child, the couple faces the reality of the difficulties involved in managing their careers alongside parenting. To alleviate the pressure, Kim Jae-Min decides to take paternity leave to focus on childcare and household management.

At the 2016 MBC Drama Awards held on December 30, 2016, Goo Gun-Min received the award for Best Child Actor & Actress for her performance in the series.
