Woo Min-Ho: South Korean Filmmaker and Director
Woo Min-Ho (Hangul: 우민호) is a South Korean film director and screenwriter known for helming prominent feature films and television series.
Filmmaking Career
Woo began his feature-length directorial career with the thriller Man of Vendetta in 2010. He followed this with the espionage film The Spies in 2012. He achieved widespread critical and commercial acclaim with the political crime drama Inside Men (2015), followed by projects including The Drug King (2018), The Man Standing Next (2020), and the historical action film Harbin (2024).
In addition to his work in cinema, Woo expanded into episodic television directing, notably leading the Disney+ drama series Made in Korea (2025) and its subsequent continuation.

Accolades
Woo's 2015 political thriller Inside Men earned him significant recognition across major South Korean award ceremonies. At the 53rd Daejong Film Awards in 2016, the film received awards for Best Film, Best Director, and Best Screenplay. Additionally, Inside Men won Best Film at the 37th Blue Dragon Film Awards in 2016.
