Wife Returns (Korean: 아내가 돌아왔다; RR: Anaega Dolawatda) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on the SBS network. The series premiered on November 2, 2009, and concluded on April 16, 2010, spanning 116 episodes. It was directed by Lee Yong-seok and written by Lee Hye-seon.

Plot

The story follows Jeong Yu-hee (Kang Sung-yeon), a woman who experienced a difficult upbringing in an orphanage. Her life changes when she meets and marries Yun Sang-woo (Jo Min-gi). The couple eventually has a daughter, but the child is diagnosed with a serious heart disorder. In a desperate attempt to secure funding for her daughter's medical treatment, Yu-hee accepts a condition imposed by her mother-in-law: she must leave her husband and disappear. Following this separation, Sang-woo remarries, choosing Se-hyeon Min (Yun Se-ah). Years later, Yu-hee returns to Seoul, where she encounters her former husband again, leading to a complex series of emotional conflicts.
