Plot

The narrative centers on Byeong-hee (Park Hee-soon), a man struggling with severe depression following the sudden death of his wife. His life takes an unexpected turn when he encounters Su-kang (Kang Hye-jung), a socially awkward and eccentric woman obsessed with her first love, Park Ji-min (Seung-ri). Su-kang has spent a decade stalking Ji-min and breaks into the house next to his—which happens to be Byeong-hee’s residence—to gain a better vantage point.

Upon entering the home, Su-kang discovers Byeong-hee in the midst of a suicide attempt. She intervenes to save his life, but subsequently binds and locks him up, leading to an unlikely and turbulent relationship between the two strangers.
