Weak Hero Class 1

Weak Hero Class 1 is a South Korean television drama series that premiered on November 18, 2022, on the streaming platform Wavve. The series is based on the webcomic Yakhanyoungwoong, written by Seo Pae-Seu and illustrated by Kim Jin-Seok, which was serialized on Naver between 2018 and 2023.

Plot

The narrative centers on Yeon Si-Eun, a model student who consistently ranks at the top of his class. Despite his physically slight appearance, which often makes him a target for bullies, Si-Eun utilizes his intelligence, analytical skills, and knowledge of psychology to defend himself and others against the pervasive violence occurring both within and outside his school environment.

The series was directed by Yoo Soo-Min and Park Dan-Hee. The screenplay was written by Yoo Soo-Min, adapting the source material from the original webcomic creators. The show consists of 8 episodes.
