Waves, Waves (Korean: 파도야 파도야; RR: Padoya Padoya) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on KBS2. The series, which consists of 143 episodes, was broadcast from February 12 to August 31, 2018, in the weekday 09:00–09:40 time slot.

Plot

The narrative follows the experiences of a family that loses everything and becomes separated due to the Korean War. Despite the hardships encountered in the aftermath of the conflict, the family members strive to rebuild their lives with resilience.

Production

The series was directed by Lee Deok-Gun, with a screenplay written by Lee Hyun-Jae and Lee Hyang-Won. It occupied the KBS2 weekday morning time slot, succeeding Dal-Soon's Spring and preceding Lady Cha Dal-Rae's Lover, which began airing on September 3, 2018.
