Wave, Listen to Me (Japanese: 波よ聞いてくれ, Romaji: Nami yo Kiitekure) is a Japanese television drama series that aired on TV Asahi in 2023. The series is based on the manga of the same name by Hiroaki Samura, which began serialization in Monthly Afternoon in 2014.
Plot
The story follows Minare Koda, a 26-year-old woman working part-time at a curry soup restaurant. After experiencing a series of personal setbacks, including being defrauded and suffering a breakup, she vents her frustrations at a bar. Her candid storytelling catches the attention of a radio station director, who recognizes her potential as a radio personality. This encounter leads to her unexpected career as the host of a late-night radio program.

The series was broadcast on TV Asahi in the Friday 23:15 time slot from April 21 to June 9, 2023. It consisted of eight episodes. The production was directed by Takashi Sumida, Osamu Katayama, and Hisashi Ueda, with the screenplay written by Kazunao Furuya.
