Voice 2 (South Korean Television Series)

Voice 2 (Korean: 보이스 2; RR: Boiseu 2) is a South Korean crime thriller television series that aired on the cable network OCN in 2018. The series is the second installment in the Voice franchise, which centers on the operations of an emergency 112 call center and the specialized police units that respond to crimes during the critical "golden time" following an incident.

Production

The series was directed by Lee Seung-Young and written by Ma Jin-Won. The production held its first script reading on May 23, 2018, at the Studio Dragon facility in Sangam-dong, Seoul. The show premiered on August 11, 2018, and concluded on September 16, 2018, consisting of 12 episodes. It occupied the Saturday and Sunday 22:20 time slot on OCN, succeeding Life on Mars and preceding The Player.

Cast

The series features Lee Ha-Na, who reprises her role as Kang Kwon-Joo, and Lee Jin-Uk, who joins the cast as Do Kang-Woo. The supporting cast includes members of the Golden Time Team and various police personnel, such as Son Eun-Seo as Park Eun-Soo and Kim Woo-Seok as Jin Seo-Yool.
