V.I.P. (2017 South Korean Film)
V.I.P. is a South Korean crime thriller film released in 2017. Directed and written by Park Hoon-jung, the film explores the complex intersection of international intelligence agencies and criminal justice.

Plot
The narrative centers on Kim Gwang-il, played by Lee Jong-suk, a high-profile individual who arrives in South Korea through a coordinated effort between the South Korean National Intelligence Service (NIS) and the American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Following his arrival, Kim becomes the primary suspect in a series of brutal murders. Detective Chae Yi-do, portrayed by Kim Myung-min, becomes convinced of Kim's guilt, but his investigation is obstructed by NIS agent Park Jae-hyuk, played by Jang Dong-gun, who is tasked with protecting the suspect.
Production
The film was produced by Yeon Young-sik and Park Hoon-jung. Principal photography commenced on October 22, 2016, and concluded on January 20, 2017. The film was distributed by Warner Bros. Korea.
