Untouchable (Korean: 언터처블) is a South Korean television series that aired on the JTBC network from November 24, 2017, to January 20, 2018. The series consists of 16 episodes and was broadcast in the Friday and Saturday 23:00 time slot.

Plot

The story is set in the fictional city of Bukcheon, which has been under the influence of the powerful Jang family for three generations. The narrative follows Jang Joon-Seo, the second son of the family patriarch, Jang Beom-Ho. Following the death of a woman he loved, Joon-Seo embarks on a quest to uncover the truth behind her passing and expose the secrets held by his family.

Production

The series was directed by Jo Nam-Kook and written by Choi Jin-Won. The first script reading for the production was held on August 17, 2017, at the JTBC building in Sangam, Seoul. The show occupied the Friday and Saturday 23:00 time slot on JTBC, succeeding the series The Package and preceding the drama Misty.
