Plot
Set in 1986, the story follows Oh Young-Min (played by Lee Beom-Soo), a professor specializing in Marxian economics based in Berlin. Seeking recognition for his academic achievements, Young-Min makes the decision to travel to North Korea with his family. Upon arrival, he realizes the gravity of his mistake and the restrictive reality of the regime. The narrative focuses on his subsequent attempts to escape the country with his family.
