Plot
The story centers on the relationship between two men: Sam-Sik, played by Song Kang-ho, and Kim San, portrayed by Byun Yo-han. Kim San is a graduate of the Korean military academy who travels to the United States to study economics. Upon returning to South Korea, he harbors a vision of transforming the nation into a major industrial power. Sam-Sik enters his life, claiming to be a supporter of his ambitious goals, leading to a complex partnership defined by their shared and conflicting desires.
