Twelve Nights (South Korean Television Series)

Twelve Nights (Korean: 열두밤; RR: Yeoldoobam) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on Channel A from October 12 to December 28, 2018. The series, directed by Jung Hyun-Soo and written by Hwang Sook-Mi, consists of 12 episodes.

Plot

The narrative centers on the romantic connection between Han Yoo-Kyung (Han Seung-Yeon) and Cha Hyun-O (Shin Hyun-Soo). The story unfolds across three distinct time periods—2010, 2015, and 2018—during which the protagonists spend a total of 12 nights together. In 2010, Yoo-Kyung, an aspiring photographer traveling from New York, and Hyun-O, an aspiring dancer arriving from Tokyo, meet by chance at a guest house in Seoul.

Production

The production held its first script reading in early June 2018 at the Donga Digital Media Center in Sangam-dong, Seoul. The series was promoted through various marketing materials, including three official posters released by Channel A.
