Tsubasa Nakagawa

Tsubasa Nakagawa (Japanese: 中川翼) is a Japanese actor born on December 6, 2005. He has established a career in both Japanese film and television, often portraying younger versions of main characters or taking on supporting roles in feature films and television drama series.

Acting Career

Nakagawa began his acting career as a child actor, appearing in television dramas and films. Early in his career, he appeared as the 10-year-old Satoru Fujinuma in the 2016 live-action adaptation of Erased (Boku Dake ga Inai Machi) and as the young Tomohiko Doi in the television series Never Let Me Go (2016).

Over the following years, his film credits expanded to include roles in Little Nights, Little Love (2019), the biographical drama The Asadas! (2020) as a young Yukihiro Asada, and the science fiction drama Arc (2021). In 2022, he portrayed the middle school version of Seiji Amasawa in the live-action film adaptation of Whisper of the Heart (Mimi o Sumaseba). His later film projects include appearances in Uchi no Ototo-domo ga Sumimasen (2024) and as Tamio Kimura in No Matter What, I Love You (2025).

In addition to cinema, Nakagawa has maintained an active presence in Japanese television dramas. His television credits include roles in NHK's historical drama Naotora: The Lady Warlord (2017) as a young Ujizane Imagawa, School Police (2021), Hikikomori Sensei (2021), Going Home with Shibuya-kun (2024), Monster (2024), the historical series Berabou (2025) as Minokichi, and the WOWOW drama series Strobe Edge (2025–2026) as Manabu Miyoshi.
