True Fiction (Korean: 살인소설; RR: Salinsoseol) is a 2018 South Korean thriller film written and directed by Kim Jin-Mook. The film explores themes of political corruption and suspense, centered on a mayoral candidate who becomes embroiled in a series of unexpected events.

Plot
The story follows Lee Kyung-Seok (Oh Man-Seok), a politician nominated as a mayoral candidate by the incumbent party. While at the height of his career, Kyung-Seok visits a secluded villa to conceal a secret fund belonging to his father-in-law. During his stay, he encounters a mysterious man named Soon-Tae (Ji Hyun-Woo), leading to a series of incidents that threaten to unravel his carefully constructed life.
