Triple (South Korean TV series)
Triple (Korean: 트리플; RR: Teuripeul) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on MBC from June 12 to July 30, 2009. Directed by Lee Yoon-jung and written by Lee Jung-a and Oh Su-jin, the series explores the professional and personal lives of individuals working in the advertising industry and the world of competitive figure skating.

Plot
The narrative centers on Lee Ha-roo (Min Hyo-rin), a young figure skater who moves to Seoul to pursue her athletic career. Following the death of her parents in a car accident during her youth, she had been separated from her step-brother, Shin-hwal (Lee Jung-jae). Upon her return to the city, she moves in with Shin-hwal and his two roommates, Jo Hae-yoon (Lee Sun-kyun) and Jang Hyun-tae (Yoon Kye-sang). All three men work at the same advertising agency. The plot follows the evolving relationships between the characters as Ha-roo navigates her skating career and develops complex feelings for her step-brother.
Production
The title Triple serves as a double entendre, referencing both the triple jump in figure skating and the three roommates who share a living space with the protagonist. The production faced scheduling adjustments; it was originally slated for a January 2009 premiere but was rescheduled by MBC to air in the summer of 2009. Additionally, casting underwent changes during development, as actor Jung Il-woo was initially attached to the project but withdrew due to his commitment to the series The Return of Iljimae.
