Triangle (2009 South Korean Film)
Triangle is a 2009 South Korean comedy-drama film directed by Ji Yeong-su. The film was released on November 19, 2009, with a runtime of 92 minutes. It is notable for being part of the Telecinema series, a collaborative production project between the South Korean broadcaster SBS and the Japanese broadcaster TV Asahi. The project involved seven films that were screened in cinemas before being broadcast on television in both countries.

Plot
The story follows Ryoo Sang-woo (Ahn Jae-wook), a con man who poses as the CEO of an art exhibition company to target a wealthy widow named Han Ji-young (Lee Soo-kyung). While Sang-woo attempts to charm Ji-young to gain access to a valuable painting titled Galrateaui Nunmul, he encounters an unexpected obstacle in Oh Sung-hye (Kang Hye-jung). Sung-hye, who claims to have attended the same high school as the widow, begins to shadow Sang-woo. After discovering his true identity and his intentions regarding the painting, she proposes a partnership, forcing the con man to include her in his scheme.

Production and Release
The film was produced by Kim Min and Shin Hyun-taek, with a screenplay written by Masaya Ozaki. Cinematography was handled by Kim Kyung-chul. Upon its release in South Korea, Triangle had a limited theatrical run, opening at number 15 at the box office. It sold approximately 1,517 tickets across 50 screens.
