Total Messed Family (2014 Film)
Total Messed Family (Korean: 오빠가 돌아왔다; RR: Obbaga Dolawastda) is a South Korean comedy-drama film directed by No Zin-Soo. The screenplay was written by No Zin-Soo and Kim Young-Ha. The film explores the strained relationships within a dysfunctional household following the sudden return of an estranged family member.

Plot
The story centers on Baek Se-Ju (Han Bo-Bae), a young woman living in a fractured family environment. Her father, Baek Won-Man (Son Byung-Ho), works as a professional informant, while her mother, Ms. Ko (Lee Ah-Hyun), operates a local diner. The family dynamic was permanently altered five years prior when Se-Ju's older brother, Baek Chun-Bong (Kim Min-Ki), fled home following a traumatic incident involving his father. The family's fragile stability is challenged when Chun-Bong unexpectedly returns home, accompanied by his pregnant girlfriend, Ro-Mi (Yeo Min-Joo).
Production and Release
The film was produced by Jo Chang-Ho. It held its world premiere at the 14th Jeonju International Film Festival on April 27, 2013, as part of the Korea Cinemascape program. The film received a general theatrical release in South Korea on March 20, 2014. It has a runtime of 94 minutes.
