Times (South Korean Television Series)

Times (Korean: 타임즈) is a South Korean political thriller television series that aired on OCN from February 20 to March 28, 2021. The series consists of 12 episodes and was broadcast in the network's Saturday and Sunday 22:30 time slot.

Plot

The story follows two reporters living in different timelines who are connected through a mysterious phone call. Lee Jin-Woo (Lee Seo-Jin), working in 2015, is a dedicated reporter committed to uncovering the truth. In 2020, Seo Jung-In (Lee Joo-Young) is a passionate reporter whose father, Seo Ki-Tae (Kim Young-Chul), serves as the President of South Korea. The two protagonists collaborate across time to prevent the death of the President, eventually uncovering a dangerous conspiracy.

Production

The series was directed by Yoon Jong-Ho, with a screenplay written by Lee Sae-Bom and An Hye-Jin. The first script reading for the production took place in September 2020 in Sangam-dong, Seoul. Times succeeded The Uncanny Counter in its broadcast slot and was followed by Dark Hole.
