Plot
The story follows Ms. Kim, a temporary worker who possesses an extraordinary range of professional certifications and skills. She maintains strict boundaries regarding her employment, adhering to a rigid schedule and refusing to work overtime or on holidays. Her path crosses with Jang Kyu-Jik, a team leader at Y-Jang Corporation who recently returned from an MBA program in the United States. Their relationship is defined by constant friction as they navigate the corporate culture of the company.

The series is a South Korean adaptation of the 2007 Japanese drama Haken no Hinkaku (The Pride of the Temp). It occupied the Monday and Tuesday 21:55 time slot on KBS2, following Ad Genius Lee Tae-Baek and preceding Don't Look Back: The Legend of Orpheus.
