Plot
The story follows Ko Eun-Bi (played by Ku Hye-Sun), a medical student who harbors a deep passion for musical theater. Despite her academic path, she is determined to become a musical actress. Her life intersects with Hong Jae-Hee (Daniel Choi), a former musical composer who has shifted his focus to pop music following a difficult personal history involving the actress Bae Kang-Hee (Ok Joo-Hyun). The two meet under unexpected circumstances, leading to a complex relationship as Eun-Bi navigates the challenges of auditions and the competitive nature of the theater world.
Production
The series was directed by Kim Kyung-Yong and written by Kim Hee-Jae. Production included on-location filming in the Broadway district of New York City, which began in July 2011. The show was noted for its focus on the musical theater industry in South Korea.
