The Miracle We Met (Korean: 우리가 만난 기적; RR: Wooriga Mannan Kijeok) is a South Korean television series that aired on KBS2 from April 2 to May 29, 2018. The fantasy drama, directed by Lee Hyeong-Min and written by Baek Mi-Kyeong, consists of 18 episodes.
Plot
The series follows a man who dies in a car accident, only to find his spirit inhabiting the body of another person who shares his name but possesses a completely different life. As he navigates this new existence, he struggles with the complexities of managing two separate families and the emotional burden of his dual identity.
Production
The first script reading for the series was held on February 12, 2018, at the KBS Annex Broadcasting Station in Yeouido, South Korea. Actress Choi Ji-Woo was initially offered the lead female role but declined the offer. The drama occupied the Monday and Tuesday 22:00 time slot on KBS2, succeeding Radio Romance and preceding Are You Human?.
