The Lost Choices (2015 Film)
The Lost Choices (Korean: 어떤살인; RR: Eoddeonsalin) is a 2015 South Korean crime thriller film directed by Ahn Yong-Hoon. The film explores themes of trauma and justice through the story of a young woman seeking retribution after a series of violent encounters.

Plot
The story follows Chae Ji-Eun (Shin Hyun-Bin), a woman in her 20s who suffers from a speech impediment resulting from a past car accident. Despite her challenges, she works toward her career goal of becoming a game designer. Her life is upended when she becomes the victim of a violent assault involving three men. When she reports the incident to the police, her account is met with skepticism, leaving her feeling isolated and powerless. Following a second traumatic encounter, Ji-Eun decides to take matters into her own hands, eventually arming herself.
Production and Release
The film was directed by Ahn Yong-Hoon, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Shin Mi-Hee. It was produced by No Il-Hwan and Lee Seo-Yeol, with cinematography by Lee Bong-Joo. The Lost Choices was released in South Korea on October 28, 2015, with a runtime of 108 minutes and was distributed by TCO.
