The Legend of the Wind (Korean: 바람의 전설; RR: Baramui Jeonseol) is a 2004 South Korean film directed by Park Jung-woo. The film explores the journey of a man who abandons his mundane existence to pursue the art of dance.

Plot
The story centers on Park Pung-shik, a man living a conventional and unfulfilling life with his family. His perspective shifts after encountering an old school friend, Man-su, who makes a living by seducing women through dance instruction. Although Pung-shik initially views Man-su with disdain, he eventually becomes captivated by the discipline and artistry of dance. This newfound passion leads him to leave his previous life behind to travel and master dance as a dedicated art form.
Production
The film was directed by Park Jung-woo, who also co-wrote the screenplay alongside Seong Seok-jae. It was produced by a team including Kim Yong-dae, Kim Mi-jung, Park Jung-woo, and Ji Mi-hyang. The cinematography was handled by Jeon Dae-sung. The film was released in South Korea on April 9, 2004, with a runtime of 132 minutes, and distributed by Cinema Service.
