The Law Cafe
The Law Cafe (Korean: 법대로 사랑하라; RR: Beobdaero Saranghara) is a South Korean television series that aired on KBS2 from September 5 to October 25, 2022. The drama, which consists of 16 episodes, was broadcast in the Monday and Tuesday 21:50 time slot. It is based on the webcomic of the same name written by No Seung-A and illustrated by Il-Ri, which was serialized on Naver between 2019 and 2020.
Plot
The story follows Kim Jung-Ho, a former prosecutor who transitioned into a landlord after his father was involved in a corruption scandal. He lives on the rooftop of a building he owns. His life intersects with Kim Yoo-Ri, a high-achieving lawyer and long-time acquaintance from their high school years. After leaving her position at a major law firm, Kim Yoo-Ri decides to open a unique establishment called the "Law Cafe" in Kim Jung-Ho's building. The cafe functions as both a coffee shop and a space for legal counseling, providing accessible advice to the public.

Production
The series was directed by Lee Eun-Jin, with the screenplay written by Im Ji-Eun. It succeeded the drama Cafe Minamdang in its time slot and was followed by Curtain Call.
