Plot

The story follows Moon-Sung (Park Jung-Hak), a man struggling with the failure of his private educational institute and mounting financial pressures. His personal life is further complicated by his son, Do-Jin (Maeng Se-Chang), who refuses to return to his studies in the United States and expresses a desire to marry a woman who already has a child.

The narrative shifts when Moon-Sung receives news that his estranged father is in critical condition. The two have not spoken in three decades. Moon-Sung's father was previously falsely accused of espionage for North Korea, a case for which he was later exonerated and awarded government compensation.
