The Judge from Hell (Korean: 지옥에서 온 판사; RR: Jiokeseo On Pansa) is a South Korean television series that aired in 2024. The drama was broadcast on the SBS network, occupying the Friday and Saturday 22:00 time slot.

Plot

The series follows Kang Bit-na (played by Park Shin-hye), an elite judge who possesses a striking appearance but hides a supernatural secret: she is a demon. Her primary objective is to identify individuals who have caused the deaths of others without showing remorse or receiving forgiveness. As part of her mission, she delivers these individuals to Hell. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she encounters Han Da-on (played by Kim Jae-young), a detective with a gentle demeanor and sharp observational skills who harbors his own hidden emotional pain.

Production

The series was directed by Park Jin-pyo and written by Jo Yi-soo. It premiered on September 21, 2024, and concluded its 14-episode run on November 2, 2024. It followed the drama Good Partner in its time slot and was succeeded by The Fiery Priest 2.
