The Innocent Man, also known by its literal Korean title The Nice Guy Never Seen Anywhere In The World (Korean: 세상 어디에도 없는 착한남자), is a South Korean television melodrama that aired on KBS2 in 2012. Directed by Kim Jin-won and written by Lee Kyoung-hee, the series explores themes of betrayal, revenge, and redemption.

Plot Overview
The story follows Kang Ma-roo, a promising medical student whose life is upended after he takes the blame for a crime committed by the woman he loves, Han Jae-hee. Following his release from prison, Ma-roo finds himself disillusioned and cynical. His path eventually crosses with Seo Eun-gi, a cold-hearted heiress to the Taesan corporation, leading to a complex web of manipulation and emotional entanglement.

Production
The series was produced for the KBS2 network and occupied the Wednesday and Thursday 21:55 time slot. It followed the conclusion of Bridal Mask and preceded Jeon Woo-Chi. The production process began with the first script reading in late June 2012 at the KBS Annex Broadcasting Station in Yeouido, South Korea.
