The Greatest Love (Korean: 최고의 사랑; RR: Choigowei Sarang) is a South Korean television series that aired on MBC from May 4 to June 23, 2011. The series, written by the screenwriting duo known as the Hong Sisters, follows the romantic entanglements of a top actor and a former pop idol.
Plot
The story centers on the relationship between Dok Ko-jin, a highly popular but arrogant actor, and Ku Ae-jung, a former member of the defunct girl group National Treasure Girls. Ten years after her group's disbandment, Ae-jung struggles to maintain a career in the entertainment industry while dealing with a negative public image. The narrative explores their evolving relationship, which begins with a series of misunderstandings and public mishaps.

The series was directed by Park Hong-kyun and Lee Dong-yoon. It was originally titled Aejungui Balgyun (The Discovery of Affection) during its early development phase. The show occupied the Wednesday and Thursday 21:55 time slot on MBC, following the conclusion of Royal Family and preceding Heartstrings.
