As residents prepare for relocation and await compensation, a charismatic pastor arrives, promising to establish a new community for the displaced villagers. However, the pastor is revealed to be a manipulative con man exploiting the residents' faith and financial desperation. The only person aware of the pastor's true nature is Min-chul, a violent and alcoholic local man. Min-chul attempts to expose the fraud, but his own troubled reputation and aggressive behavior make it difficult for the villagers to trust his warnings.
