The Bros (Korean: 부라더; RR: Buradeo) is a 2017 South Korean comedy film directed by Jang Yoo-Jeong. The film follows the story of two estranged brothers who reunite in their hometown of Andong.

Plot

Lee Suk-Bong (Ma Dong-Seok) is an aspiring treasure hunter who invests his money in excavation projects, leading to significant debt. His younger brother, Lee Joo-Bong (Lee Dong-Hwi), is a pragmatic employee at a construction company who faces a career crisis due to a professional mistake. While traveling to their hometown of Andong, the brothers encounter a woman named Oh Ro-Ra (Lee Ha-Nee).

Production

The film was directed by Jang Yoo-Jeong, who also contributed to the screenplay alongside Heo Sung-Hye and Lee Seok-Geun. Principal photography for the film commenced on January 6, 2017, and concluded on March 5, 2017. The film was distributed by Megabox Plus M and released in South Korea on November 2, 2017.
