The Art of Fighting (2006 Film)
The Art of Fighting (Korean: 싸움의 기술; RR: Ssaumui Gisul) is a 2006 South Korean action-comedy film directed by Shin Han-Sol. The film explores themes of mentorship and personal growth through the lens of martial arts and street fighting.

Plot
The story follows Song Byung-Tae (Jae Hee), a shy and quiet student who is frequently targeted by school bullies. Despite his attempts to learn self-defense through books, he remains unable to protect himself. His life changes when he encounters Pan-Soo (Baek Yoon-Sik), a former legendary brawler who is living a quiet life while planning to leave the country. Although Pan-Soo initially ignores Byung-Tae's requests for training, he eventually recognizes the young man's potential and agrees to mentor him in the art of fighting.

The film was distributed by CJ Entertainment and released in South Korea on January 5, 2006.
