Plot

The story follows Soo-Hyun, played by Shin Hae-Sun, who purchases a used washing machine through an online platform. Upon delivery, she discovers the appliance is non-functional. Frustrated by the experience, she leaves negative feedback on the seller's profile to warn other potential buyers. This action triggers a series of unsettling events as the seller begins to stalk and harass her, leading to a dangerous confrontation.
