Takara Sakumoto

Takara Sakumoto (佐久本宝) is a Japanese actor born on July 22, 1998, in Uruma, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan. Standing 163 cm tall with blood type A, he has built a career appearing in both feature films and television drama series.

Career

Sakumoto made his notable film debut in the 2016 film Rage (Ikari), portraying the character Tatsuya Chinen. Following his debut, he has taken on roles in several other cinematic releases, including You Are the Apple of My Eye (2018), The Flowers of Evil (2019), and Fuyu Soubi (2022).

In addition to his film work, Sakumoto has maintained an active presence in Japanese television dramas. His television credits span various networks and streaming platforms, featuring appearances in NHK television series such as the morning drama Yell (2020) and Chu Wataru Kyoshitsu (2024), as well as prominent roles in streaming productions like Netflix's Yu Yu Hakusho (2023) and Sins of Kujo (2026).
