Sylvia Grab
Sylvia Grab (Japanese: シルビア・グラブ) is an actress active in Japanese film and television. She was born in Tokyo, Japan, on July 17, 1974. Her heritage includes a German-Swiss father and a Japanese mother.

Career
Grab has appeared in various television drama series and feature films throughout her career. Notable television credits include appearances in NHK's Sanadamaru (2016) as Izumo no Okuni, The Last Restaurant (2016) as Marie Antoinette, 18/40: Unbreakable Bond of Dreams (2023), and The Diary of a Novelist (2026). On the big screen, she appeared in the 2017 film adaptation Teen Bride as Akari Oriyama.
Personal Life
Grab is married to Japanese actor Masahiro Takashima. The couple registered their marriage on July 17, 2005, which coincided with Grab's birthday, and held their wedding ceremony on July 30, 2005. Actor Masanobu Takashima is her brother-in-law.
