Sweet Home, Sweet Honey

Sweet Home, Sweet Honey (Korean: 우리집 꿀단지; RR: Woorijib Ggooldanji) is a South Korean television drama series that aired on KBS1 from November 2, 2015, to April 29, 2016. The series was directed by Kim Myung-Wook and written by Kang Sung-Jin.

Plot

The story follows Oh Bom (Song Ji-Eun), a young woman who maintains a positive outlook despite facing significant financial hardships. She supports herself by working part-time at a factory. Her path crosses with Kang Ma-Roo (Lee Jae-Joon), a kind-hearted and naive young man. The narrative also focuses on An Tae-Ho (Kim Min-Soo), an ambitious section chief who marries Choi A-Ran (Seo Yi-An), the heiress to a large corporation, to further his own career. Choi A-Ran struggles with a traumatic past involving the disappearance of her younger sister and feelings of abandonment by her parents.

The series consisted of 129 episodes, with a daily runtime of 35 minutes from Monday to Friday at 20:25. The first script reading for the cast occurred on October 4, 2015. It followed the conclusion of the drama Save the Family and was succeeded by The Unusual Family on May 2, 2016.
