The story follows Hyun-soo (Kwon Sang-woo), a teenager who transfers to Jungmoon High School. His family hopes to capitalize on the rising land values in the developing Gangnam area. Upon arrival, Hyun-soo encounters a rigid and often violent school environment characterized by severe corporal punishment and intense hierarchies among students. He eventually befriends Woo-sik (Lee Jung-jin), a charismatic student, and the two bond over their shared admiration for martial artist Bruce Lee.
The narrative explores the protagonists' romantic interest in a girl named Eun-ju (Han Ga-in). As social pressures mount and conflicts with the school's student patrol captain, Jong-hoon (Lee Jong-hyeok), escalate, Hyun-soo is pushed to his breaking point.
