Somehow Family

Somehow Family (Korean: 어쩌다 가족; RR: Eojjeoda Gajok) is a South Korean television series that aired on the network TV Chosun. The plot centers on a married couple, played by Sung Dong-Il and Jin Hee-Kyung, who operate a boarding house located near an airport. The residents of the boarding house are primarily individuals employed at the airport.

Production and Broadcast History

The series experienced a fragmented production and broadcast schedule. It was initially planned as a 30-episode drama to be broadcast in 2020. However, due to financial difficulties, the production was halted after only two episodes were aired on March 29 and April 5, 2020. The series was later revived and rescheduled as a 12-episode production in 2021. The first two episodes broadcast in March 2021 were identical to those that had originally aired in 2020.
