The series was directed by Kim Yoon-Jin and written by Lee Sook-Yun. It follows a weekly broadcast schedule, airing two consecutive episodes every Friday evening at 20:50 in South Korea.

Plot Synopsis

The narrative centers on Yeon Tae-Seo, portrayed by Jin Young, who works as a subway train driver. Tae-Seo leads an independent life focused on living faithfully in the present rather than striving for future ambitions, maintaining a personal motto of getting by safely each day. Having achieved self-reliance, his routine is altered when he reunites with Mo Eun-A, his first love whom he first knew when he was 19 years old.

Mo Eun-A, played by Kim Min-Ju, previously worked as a hotelier and currently manages a traditional Korean guesthouse. Characterized by a thoughtful and passionate personality, she sets small goals in her daily life, navigating through both small joys and significant failures before crossing paths with Tae-Seo once again.
