Shin began his career appearing in television dramas and feature films as a child actor. His film credits include roles such as a poultry farm kid in Voice of Silence (2020), a rehabilitation therapy child in Diva (2020), Jung Dae-Hyun's nephew in Kim Ji-Young: Born 1982 (2019), and a young boy in Bring Me Home (2019).

In addition to his film work, Shin has built an extensive television resume, making guest and minor appearances in numerous high-profile drama series.
