Shin Jae-Ha

Shin Jae-Ha (born April 2, 1993) is a South Korean actor known for his work in television dramas and films. Standing at 178 cm, he has built a diverse acting portfolio since his debut in the early 2010s, taking on both supporting and prominent roles across major South Korean networks and streaming platforms.

Early Career and Film Work

Shin Jae-Ha entered the South Korean entertainment industry with appearances in feature films. In 2014, he appeared as Bum-Tae in the film Set Me Free and played Hyun-Soo in Futureless Things. During the same period, he expanded into television, portraying the younger version of Ki Jae-Myeong in the SBS drama Pinocchio (2014–2015).

Television Drama Roles

Throughout the 2010s and 2020s, Shin appeared in numerous television series across major broadcasting stations such as tvN, SBS, KBS2, and MBC. Notable credits from his early television work include Remember: War of Son (2015–2016), Page Turner (2016), While You Were Sleeping (2017), and Prison Playbook (2017–2018), where he played the character Kim Min-Sung.

His career progressed into high-profile supporting roles in successful drama series. In 2019, he appeared in VIP and Welcome 2 Life, followed by My Unfamiliar Family in 2020. In 2023, Shin gained widespread recognition for his performances in multiple hit projects, including portraying Ji Dong-Hui in Crash Course in Romance and On Ha-Joon in Taxi Driver 2, as well as starring in Evillive. Subsequent television roles include appearances in The Auditors (2024), alongside upcoming drama projects slated for 2026 such as Still Shining and The Practical Guide to Love.

Awards and Recognition

In recognition of his performance in the 2023 SBS action-crime series Taxi Driver 2, Shin Jae-Ha received the Excellent Actor award at the SBS Drama Awards ceremony on December 29, 2023.
