Sheep Without a Shepherd (Korean: 양치기들; RR: Yangchikideul) is a 2016 South Korean drama film written and directed by Kim Jin-Hwang. The film premiered at the 20th Busan International Film Festival in October 2015 before its theatrical release in South Korea on June 2, 2016.

Plot

The story follows Wan-Joo (Park Jong-Hwan), a struggling stage actor who supplements his income by working as a professional role-player for hire. His life takes a dark turn when he is approached by a grieving mother to provide false testimony in a murder case. Despite his initial reluctance, financial necessity compels him to accept the job. After providing the false statement to the police, Wan-Joo realizes the gravity of his actions and the hidden truths behind the crime. He subsequently attempts to uncover the reality of the situation by confronting those involved, including Kwang-Suk (Song Ha-Joon) and Young-Min (Yoon Jung-Il).
