Secret Love Affair (Korean: 밀회; RR: Milhwe) is a South Korean television series that aired on JTBC from March 17 to May 13, 2014. The 16-episode drama was directed by An Pan-Seok and written by Jung Sung-Joo. The series is based on the novel Tokyo Tower by Japanese author Kaori Ekuni.

Plot

The story follows the life of Oh Hye-Won (Kim Hee-Ae), a sophisticated director of planning for the Seohan Arts Foundation. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she enters into a secret romantic relationship with Lee Sun-Jae (Yoo Ah-In), a talented young pianist in his 20s. The narrative explores the complexities of their connection against the backdrop of the elite arts world.

The series aired in the Monday and Tuesday 21:50 time slot on JTBC. It followed the conclusion of Can We Fall in Love, Again? and was succeeded by Steal Heart. At the 50th Baeksang Arts Awards in 2014, the production received recognition for its direction and screenplay, with An Pan-Seok winning Best Director and Jung Sung-Joo winning Best Screenplay.
