Secret (2009 South Korean Film)
Secret (Korean: 시크릿; RR: Sikeurit) is a 2009 South Korean suspense-thriller film directed and written by Yoon Jae-Koo. The film, which marks a notable entry in the director's filmography following his screenplay work for Seven Days, was released on December 3, 2009, by CJ Entertainment.

Plot
The story follows Detective Kim Seong-Ryeol (Cha Seung-Won), a violent crimes investigator struggling with personal turmoil. Following his involvement in an extramarital affair, he inadvertently causes the death of his own son in a car accident. Burdened by guilt and unable to disclose the truth to his wife, Yu Ji-Yeon (Song Yoon-A), he finds his life further complicated when she suddenly returns home after planning to move abroad.
During a murder investigation, Seong-Ryeol discovers evidence that appears to implicate his wife. Desperate to protect her, he attempts to conceal her potential involvement in the crime. The situation escalates when an unidentified individual approaches him, claiming knowledge of Ji-Yeon's connection to the case and demanding money, while Ji-Yeon remains evasive about the truth.
Production
The film, originally developed under the working title Saving My Wife, began principal photography on November 13, 2008. The production team included producers Kwak Jong-Hoon, Kim Myung-Jin, Yoon Je-Kyun, and Lee Hyun-Myung, with cinematography by Lee Sung-Jae.
