Saem (2018 Film)

Saem (Korean: 샘) is a South Korean comedy-drama film released in 2018. The film was written and directed by Hwang Kyu-Il. It had its world premiere at the Jeonju International Film Festival on April 30, 2017, before receiving a theatrical release in South Korea on November 29, 2018.

Plot

The story follows Ma Doo-Sang, played by Choi Joon-Young, who travels to Seoul in search of his first love. Doo-Sang suffers from a condition that prevents him from recognizing faces. While navigating life in the city, he works as a delivery person for a Chinese restaurant. His search becomes complicated when he encounters three different women who, due to his condition, all appear to him as his first love.
